1. Definitions

• "Kernail," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Angstroms Inc., doing business as Kernail.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity using Kernail's services.
• "Services" refers to Kernail's operational diagnostic platform, including questionnaire tools, AI-assisted analysis, and cross-reference reports.
• "Organization" refers to the business entity you register for a diagnostic.
• "Stakeholder" refers to any person invited to participate in a diagnostic questionnaire.

2. Eligibility

To use Kernail, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. User Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide through questionnaires. We process your responses to generate diagnostic analyses. Anonymized, aggregated patterns may be used to improve the platform and generate industry benchmarks — no organization names, stakeholder names, or personally identifiable information is included in aggregated data.

4. AI-Assisted Analysis

Kernail uses AI models to assist with questionnaire deepening and cross-reference analysis. AI-generated insights are provided as-is and should not be treated as professional consulting advice. You are responsible for any decisions made based on diagnostic results.

5. Stakeholder Consent

By inviting stakeholders to participate in a diagnostic, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that stakeholders are aware their responses will be analyzed and cross-referenced with other participants' responses.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kernail is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated analyses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
